Bureau Dupin is the largest and most ambitious civic initiative in the Netherlands. When the police get stuck in a murder investigation, Bureau Dupin enlists the help of thinkers, techies, students, housewives, philosophers, journalists and many more. By using the wisdom of the crowd, it tries to come up with new insights into stalled crime cases. The first case that Bureau Dupin is working on is the cold case of the murder of Enschede’s Marja Nijholt.
